C3 Limited is New Zealand's largest on-wharf logistics company with over 600 staff providing services in stevedoring, marshalling, warehousing and wharf cartage.

At C3 we handle a diverse range of products and supply chains in a variety of market segments and we work to deliver transport and logistics solutions that add value to our customers' businesses.

C3 Limited was established in 2004 as a joint venture comprising Toll's NZ stevedoring business TLNZ Ltd and The Owens Cargo Company Ltd owned by Port of Tauranga Ltd. This brought together the expertise of one of Australia's leading total logistics providers and a leading port company in New Zealand. In 2007 Toll Holdings restructured its business and split out its infrastructure assets into an independent listed company, Asciano Limited, which is now the 50% shareholder in C3 Limited.

C3's vision is to be supplier of choice for customers of general and bulk cargo.
