Dean Camplin
Chief Executive
“We’ve been delivering cargo handling solutions to the New Zealand industry for over 50 years. We understand the need to handle everything with complete care,” states Dean, C3’s Chief Executive. In the past, Dean has been a manufacturer in the wood processing sector, and he retains a deep respect for all exporters. “Making a product and getting traction in offshore markets takes massive effort and determination,” he says. “We understand this and we’re here to support our exporters in whatever way possible.”

Tony Gregory
National Customer Services Manager
“We’re committed to building working partnerships with our customers and through service excellence, developing a trust they value and enjoy,” says Tony. Prior to becoming C3’s National Customer Services Manager in 2009, Tony held various product handling management roles. He joined C3 in 1998. “I love the new challenges every day brings in this diverse industry,” he says.

Shayne Jenkins
General Manager - C3 Forestry
“I enjoy working with customers to find solutions that create supply chain efficiencies and improved service,” says Shayne. Since 2007, he has led C3’s forestry division, which spans 12 port operations throughout New Zealand — and this has recently expanded into Australia. Shayne has been with C3 since 1992, and held a variety of positions from Branch Manager to his current role. He comes from a forestry background, and trained in production forestry management.

Chris Sutherland
General Manager - C3 Logistics
“There must be genuine value for both parties. We engage integrity and professionalism to deliver a true relationship,” is how Chris describes C3’s way of working with customers. He oversees the operational delivery of C3's logistics and stevedoring services; bringing to the role some 20 years’ experience in a variety of operational roles for leading New Zealand manufacturers.

Baz Pritchard

I like the team aspect, where all skills used bring the team to the winning circle,” observes Baz, who is responsible for employment and industrial relations issues. “Our customers are loyal, hard-working people themselves and are therefore like-minded. We have mutual respect for each other — we win together.”

Joe Culling
Chief Financial Officer
“I love the port industry. I grew up in a port town — it’s in my blood,” says Joe. As C3’s longstanding CFO, he provides commercial advice to the Chief Executive and Senior Management team to help drive major strategic decisions; and serves as a key advisor to C3 managers. “I enjoy the variety of work and locations and like the constant challenges that get thrown our way to solve,” he comments.

Donal Ganley
Commercial Manager
“We’re an ambitious company operating in dynamic environments. We make things happen — our people are constantly looking for solutions and opportunities,” says Donal explaining the C3 innovation edge. Donal manages a range of business development and customer service activities, with particular focus on Key Performance Indicator reporting. Before his present role, he was C3 Finance Manager. His workplace philosophy? “To provide the customer with the service that gives complete confidence, their trusted expert” he says.
